The Tax Consulting Team guides our clients through the intrinsics of the Brazilian tax legislation, acting both on a proactive and preventive level ranging from the assessment of risks to management of Tax Clearance Certificates (“CND’s”). In the area of risk assessment, CCA advises both on the creation and review of tax structures with a view to optimizing tax savings in connection with mergers, spin-offs, acquisitions and sales of companies and assets.
Our Tax Team also performs year-end tax reviews and advises on the availability of tax incentives to companies, such as for instance “Lei do Bem”.
Finally, we perform management services as relates to issuance and up-dates of Corporate Tax Clearance Certificates (“CND’s”).
