José Henrique Guaracy

Retired Federal Judge. He was Chief Advisor for the Tecnical Consulting Group  at the Municipality of Contagem. State Prosecutor in Minas Gerais in the administrative and labor law áreas. He was parto f the law office of Adesp – Advogados Especializados. He taught Financial Science at the Faculdade Newton Paiva and tax law at UNA. He was a partner of and teacher at CEAJUFE. As a judge, he was appointed to the Tribunal Regional Federal da 1ª. Região, the TNU (Turma Nacional de Uniformização) and the 2ª Turma Recursal da SJMG. He was president of the Association of Prosecutors of the State of Minas Gerais and diretor and interim presidente of   AJUFE (Associação dos Juízes Federais do Brasil). He is tha author of many legal books and articles.
